This form contains the key information about a Structure point.

You can also attach and view documents (plans, photos, etc.) in the linked documents section of the structure point by clicking on the linked documents icon. .

• Structure point : Structure point code. Unique within the application.
  • indicates that the structure point is covered by a Contract valid.
  • indicates that the location is geolocated.
  • indicates that the point is geolocated and paired.
  •   indicates that a Tool/Equipment is linked to the structure point. Clicking on the icon opens the details of the associated asset.

• Description : Name of the structure point. This label should clearly identify the item and can also be used as a search criterion. Click on to view or edit the detailed description.
• Image of the point : A photo or map of the location will be displayed if one exists mapping or a Document of a "Photo", linked to the item or its Model.
• Status : Current status of the structure point.
• Structure : Structure to which the item belongs, among the standard structures and those specifically defined for your organization.
• Icon : Icon representing this specific point, see Icon.
• Authorized work orders : Check this box if work orders can be linked directly to the location.
• Issue type : Point classification category. The list of types of equipment is configurable. If a configuration exists for the specified type, then the associated characteristics will be added automatically (after a confirmation message).
• Model : When the Model When assigned, a pop-up offers to create items based on the Model: Reading points, Characteristics and Work order plan (if work orders are authorized for the asset). If the equipment type is not specified and the model has a type, then that type is automatically assigned to the asset at the Structure point.
• Client : Customers to which is attached the Asset.
• Manager : Agent manager, default recipient of Work requests on this point.
• Organization : Organization to which the item is assigned.
• Cost center : Account due to the lack of cost allocation for work orders and Contracts on this structure point.

Icons  and  allow you to switch to the point's position in the GIS map.

Main address

This block retrieves the primary address defined in the [Addresses].

This information block allows you to

• Enter the address, ZIP code, city, state, and country;
• Or, select a public worksIn this case, the fields (address, etc.) are filled in automatically.

The icon allows you to switch to the GIS map at the listed address.

When creating a structure point from the GIS map, the address retrieved from the Map is automatically transferred to this tab [Addresses] as the primary address.
The action "Set the main address on the Map " accessible via the icon menu It allows you to edit the primary address of a structure point directly on the Map.
