The maintenance of your equipment includes a corrective part and a preventive part.
In order to manage your preventive maintenance as best possible, define a set of work order plans which will trigger work orders on your Assets and structure points.
You define the triggering characteristics for each one.
Consequently, in a work order plan, you manage both:
- Routine maintenance: related to a period or meter,
- Predictive maintenance: related to a measurement or the appearance of a symptom.
In a work order plan, you define a certain number of maintenance operations to run.
A work order plan consists of a set of triggers:
The corresponding work orders are automatically generated with the Simulation and Launching of work order plans function.
Creating a work order plan
Prerequisites:
- To have created the work order templates corresponding to each trigger,
- To have created the reading point of the equipment in the event of a meter or measurement trigger.
Procedure:
- In the [Work] module, select the [Work order plans] function.
→ The list of work order plans is displayed.
- Click on the add icon
. Select:
→ The corresponding form is opened.
Changing a work order plan
- In the [Work] module, select the [Work order plans] function.
→ The list of work order plans is displayed.
- Select the [Criteria] tab, enter the search criteria and click the [Results] tab.
→ The list of plans corresponding to your search criteria is displayed.
- Click on the plan to be changed.
→ The detail form of the plan is displayed; see Work order plan [General] or Simplified work order plan [General].
