The Work order plan template used for rapid and simple initialization of Work order plan for a group of similar equipment items (with the same template, for example).
The work order manager defines "standard" work order plans that will be used as soon as an equipment item is created (or subsequently) in order to make a complete work order plan as per the template described in the "Work order plan template."

 

A "Work order plan template" consists of a set of triggers:

Creating a Work order plan template

Prerequisites:

It is preferable to first have:

 

Procedure:

  1. In the [Work] module, select the [Work order plan template] function.
    → The list of "Work order plan templates" is displayed.

  2. Click on the add icon .
    → The Work order plan template detail form opens n creation mode; see Work order plan template [General].

 

Changing a work order plan template

  1. In the [Work] module, select the [Work order plan template] function.
    → The list of the "Work order plan template" is displayed.

  2. Select the [Criteria] tab, enter the search criteria and click the [Results] tab.
    → The list of "Work order plan templates" corresponding to your search criteria is displayed.

  3. Click on the Work order plan template to be changed.
    → The detail form of the Work order plan template is displayed.
