This form allows you to create, complete, or correct a Work order plan template.

General description
- Plan template (required): Work order plan template identifier. It is unique in the application. Choose a meaningful code.
- Name: This name will initialize that of the Work order plan. It is used to specify the content and may be useful when searching for work order plan templates.
- Status: Work order plan template status. Only templates with the "Validated" status can be used to create work order plans. To change the status of the work order plan template, see Changing the status of an element.
- Template: If this field is entered, the work order plan of pieces of equipment of this template will be generated during their creation, from this template.
- Organization: Organization for which the work order plan template plan is valid. If this is not entered, the template is valid for all organizations.
- Type of trigger: Specifies whether or not the work order plan is to be taken into account by the work order plan launch job.
Triggers
This list contains all triggers included in the work order plan template. It contains information entered on the [Triggering] and [Action] sub-tabs.
- Triggering condition: This column only contains the calendar triggering condition, if any.

- Number of days or Day/Month: Period or date of the first trigger (for a calendar condition) starting with the time when the work order plan is assigned to the equipment (generally upon creation of the plan).
