On this sub-tab you specify the characteristics of the work order to be created if one of the conditions is confirmed (and triggering is not inhibited by another).
- Work order template: The work order template to be created; see Work order template.
- Project template: A set of work orders to be created; see Project template.
- Work order status: Specifies the status in which the work order will be created. If the work order is not to be confirmed, indicate the "Validated" status.
- Contract: The contract to which the work order is allocated.
Seasonality
-
From... To... : To be filled in if the work order must be done within a given period, such as during a lull in activity.
If the frequency is monthly, work orders with a start date outside the seasonality range are inhibited.
If the frequency is annual, even if the trigger date is outside the seasonality range, the beginning of the work order will fall on the first date in the range.
Dates
- Last planned occurrence: Last date when a work order was created by this trigger.
- Last occurrence: Closing date of the last work order created by this trigger.
- Next launch: Date that must be filled in when creating a plan for a calendar trigger. It will then be calculated after each launch, but will remain modifiable.
Values
- Last planned occurrence: Value of the reading point at the time of the last work order creation for this trigger.
- Last occurrence: Value of the known reading point at the time of closure of the last work order due to this trigger.
- Next launch: To be filled in when creating a plan if the trigger is a meter trigger. Thereafter, the value will be calculated when launching plans, but can be forced.
