Describe the details of the triggering conditions for the maintenance in the plan.

General information

• Priority: The lower the number, the higher the priority of the trigger. If the trigger has a priority of 0, it will always trigger a work order.
• Status: This is for disabling triggers and re-enabling them at a later time.

Updating

• Updating: Method of calculating the next trigger date.
  • Upon triggering: The next trigger is calculated from the work order creation date,
  • On implementation: The date taken into account is the end date of the work order, once the work order has been closed (or the cancellation date if the work order is cancelled).
• Update other triggers: Used to shift other calendar operations grouped in the same work order plan, according to the work order performance date coming from the trigger. Example: Will delay the next monthly work order if the annual one was done late.
• Updated by other triggers: Authorizes or does not authorize shifting the start of the work order according to the performance dates of the other operations in the same plan. This option is only accessible if updating is done upon performance.

Triggering conditions

Calendar

• Horizon: Number of days of anticipation for creation of the work order in relation to the trigger date.
• Interval: triggering frequency representing the time duration between two triggers.
• Tolerance (days): Number of days before and after the trigger, during which the current trigger will be inhibited by a higher priority trigger.
  • If the tolerance is "NULL", the tolerance is considered to be 1 day.
    To inhibit level 2 calendar triggering, its next launch date must lie within the interval between the next launch date of level 1 minus 1 day and the next launch date plus 1 day (example: 06/02/2018 <= 07/02/2018 <= 08/02/2018).
  • If the tolerance is 0, there is no tolerance interval; to be inhibited, the trigger must have the same launch date as the higher-level trigger.
    To inhibit the level 2 calendar trigger, its next launch date must be strictly equal to the next launch date of the level 1 trigger.

For structure points

• Measurement: Reading point template whose values will be monitored,
• Tolerance (unit): Number of units (calculated by extrapolation) before and after the trigger, during which the current trigger will be inhibited by the higher priority trigger. Indicate 0 if this trigger is totally independent of the others.
• Operator, minimum, and maximum: Definition of the triggering behavior as a function of the values.
  • Greater than or equal to: only the minimum value is filled in,
  • Every: the minimum value corresponds to the triggering period in the measurement unit,
  • Included in/Not included in: the minimum and maximum values determine the triggering value range or ranges.

• Symptom: Triggering will take place if an event of this symptom is entered for the equipment (see Declaring an event).
