Work order plan with various action frequencies

Priority

Triggering

Action

1 Calendar: Every 12 months Complete overhaul
2 Calendar: Every 3 months Routine overhaul
3 Measurement: Every 1000 hours Inspection and adjustment
3 Calendar: Every month Inspection and adjustment

Inspection and adjustment depend on 2 triggers having the same priority: the first one to occur will inhibit the other.

0 Calendar: Every 12 months Inspection of automatic fire detectors Bat721
0 Calendar: Every 12 months Inspection of fixed CO2 extinguishers Bat721
0 Calendar: Every 6 months Inspection of portable extinguishers Bat721
0 Calendar: Every 12 months Inspection of automatic fire-stop devices Bat721
0 Calendar: Every 6 months Inspection of automatic water extinguishers Bat721

If this plan covers several buildings, determine a work order plan template that will be triggered for each building in question.

Work order plan of a given vehicle

In this case a plan per vehicle will be established by copying a work order plan template for the car template.

Action

3 Measurement: Every 15,000 km Oil change
2 Measurement: Every 30,000 km Oil change + transmission fluid change
1 Measurement: Every 45,000 km Oil change + transmission fluid change + axle fluid change

A trigger with a priority of 2 is triggered "in place of" a trigger with a priority of 3 every other time.

"Inspection patrols" work order plan

This plan contains one trigger line per structure point concerned by the round:

Work order plan according to the Tolerances of triggers

A few cases specifying the use of tolerances on work order plan triggers.

Prerequisites:

Case 1:

Priority Asset Meter Work order template Triggering conditions Horizon Tolerance (days) Tolerance (unit) Next launch date Next launch value
1 MAT-45762 PWO-45762_01 Once a year 15 5 NULL 08/02/2020
2 MAT-45762 PWO-45762_02 Every 6 months 15 NULL NULL 10/02/2020

In this case, the two triggers are offered.

The trigger cannot be inhibited because the next launch date is not in the interval from 07/02/2020 to 09/02/2020 corresponding to the next launch date with a level plus or minus the tolerance in Days of level 2.
For level 2 to be inhibited, its next launch date must not be less than 07/02/2020 and not be greater 09/02/2020.

Case 2:

Priority Asset Meter Work order template Triggering conditions Horizon Tolerance (days) Tolerance (unit) Next launch date Next launch value
1 MAT-45762 PWO-45762_01 Once a year 15 5 NULL 08/02/2020
2 MAT-45762 CPT-45762 PWO-45762_02 Every 6 months or every 5,000 km 15 2 700 km 12/02/2020 20,000 km

In this case, the two triggers are offered:

Case 3:

Priority Asset Meter Work order template Triggering conditions Horizon Tolerance (days) Tolerance (unit) Next launch date Next launch value
1 MAT-45762 CPT-45762 PWO-45762_01 Every year or every 10,000 km 15 5 NULL 08/02/2020 20,000 km
2 MAT-45762 CPT-45762 PWO-45762_02 Every 6 months or every 5,000 km 15 2 500 km 12/02/2020 20,000 km

In this case, the two triggers are offered:

The delta of the extrapolated values between level 1 and 2 is 600 km and as this value is higher than the tolerance in units of level 2, level 2 is triggered.
Since for level 2 at least one of the trigger conditions (Calendar/meter) is fulfilled, it is triggered.

For level 2 to be inhibited, the minimum tolerance in units must be 600 km.

Case 4:

Priority Asset Meter Work order template Triggering conditions Horizon Tolerance (days) Tolerance (unit) Next launch date Next launch value
1 MAT-45762 CPT-45762 PWO-45762_01 Every 10,000 km 15 5 NULL 11,200 km
2 MAT-45762 CPT-45762 PWO-45762_02 Every 5,000 km 15 2 NULL 11,800 km

In this case, the two triggers are offered:

The delta of the extrapolated values between level 1 and 2 is 600 km or 4 days, this value being higher than the tolerance in days of level 2, then level 2 is triggered.

Since for level 2 at least one of the trigger conditions (Calendar/meter) is fulfilled, it is triggered.
For level 2 to be inhibited, the minimum tolerance in days must be 4.
