This form allows you to quickly create a work order plan from a work order plan template.

• Work order plan: Identifier of the work order plan to be created.
• Asset or Structure point: Equipment to which the work order plan triggers to be created refer. You may fill in only one of these two fields.
• Work order plan template: Work order plan template to be copied to create this plan.

Upon validation of this form, the new work order plan is created and may be changed.
