In the [Equipment] module, you define the composition of the organization concerned by the work orders: locations, functions, equipment, templates, families, reading points. It is even possible to define custom organizational structures.
These are described in such a way as to anticipate, facilitate and structure future work orders.
You can display the tree structure of your organization in graphic form.

The idea is to build the medium for maintenance management:
Where and on which elements do the work orders take place?
What are the characteristics of the equipment to be maintained?
What is the cost of its maintenance, of its consumption?
How to prepare a work order on this equipment and what is the impact?
Definition of structure elements
- Templates: Templates define attributes common to a set of equipment items.
- Assets: These are repairable or movable devices to be managed.
- Structure points: These are the elements of the organization. They may be geographical (organization of buildings, for example) or functional (organization according to the purpose of the elements: production, design, cleaning, etc.). They situate the work orders and equipment.
- Structure: The structure represents the various types of entities in your system and their organization so as to represent your actual environment. A number of structures are pre-defined; you can create specific ones.
Definition of the tree structure
Once the elements have been defined, you can situate them with respect to each other in the tree structure.
This is easily done graphically with the [Tree structures of installed equipment] function.

Equipment follow-up
In order to track assets very closely throughout their life cycle and derive operating and cost indicators on them, you define corresponding Reading points.
In the [Work] module, you can define work order plans to maintain your equipment in good condition.
You can link maintenance contracts with equipment in the [Purchasing] module.
Most of all, upon each work order on any given equipment, the relative data is tracked, which makes it possible to establish a dashboard for each equipment item: its maintenance cost (labor, spare parts, and other items), its availability, the causes of work orders, etc.
The dashboards are accessible in the reports.
These are safety instructions to be followed when working on an equipment item or in a room.
Define the risks likely to be incurred with all the installed equipment.
Define the precautions for counteracting the potential risks.
