A risk is a piece of safety information informing the technicians about the risks incurred in a work order when handling an asset or when at a particular structure point.
The risks may be specified at the time of work request and must be specified in the work order.
A risk is associated with a set of preventions, which are precautions to be taken to avoid the risk.
Example:
In the event of a risk of falling objects (FALLING_OBJECT), preventions are:
- wearing a hard hat (HARD_HAT),
- wearing safety shoes (SAFETY_SHOES)
All safety instructions to be followed during a work order for a given equipment item are generally gathered together in a safety sheet, which are in turn linked to the items of equipment to which they refer.
But the risks that you create can also be linked directly to a work request (WR), a Work order, an Asset, or a Structure point.
