A risk is a piece of safety information informing the technicians about the risks incurred in a work order when handling an asset or when at a particular structure point.
The risks may be specified at the time of work request and must be specified in the work order.
A risk is associated with a set of preventions, which are precautions to be taken to avoid the risk.

Example:

In the event of a risk of falling objects (FALLING_OBJECT), preventions are:

 

All safety instructions to be followed during a work order for a given equipment item are generally gathered together in a safety sheet, which are in turn linked to the items of equipment to which they refer.
But the risks that you create can also be linked directly to a work request (WR), a Work order, an Asset, or a Structure point.

 

Accessing the list of risks

  1. Place the cursor in the [Equipment] module and select [Risks] from the [Safety] section.
    → The list of risks is displayed.

 

Creating a risk

Prerequisites:

 

Procedure:

  1. From the risk list or search, click on the add icon .
    → The detail form of the risk is displayed in creation mode.

  2. Fill in the code and name of the risk, then associate the preventions linked to this risk by clicking on the add icon .
    → The list of preventions in the application is displayed.

  3. Check the preventions to be associated with the risk, then confirm .
    → The selected preventions are added to the detail form of the risk.

 

Deleting a risk

  1. From the list of risks, select the ones to be deleted and then click on the delete icon .
    → The selected risks are deleted provided they are not linked to any safety sheet, WR, or work order.
