A prevention is a precaution to be taken to avoid a risk incurred with a work order.
The link between a risk and its corresponding preventions is defined in the risk.
All safety instructions to be followed during a work order for a given equipment item are gathered together in a safety file.

 

Accessing the list of preventions

1. Place the cursor in the [Equipment] module and select [Preventive measures] from the [Safety] section.
   → The list of preventive measures is displayed.
   

Creating a prevention

1. From the prevention list or search, click on the add icon .
   → A line is added in creation mode.
   
   
2. Fill in the prevention code and name, then confirm .
   → The prevention is saved.

 

Deleting a prevention

1. From the list of preventions, select the ones to be deleted and then click on the delete icon .
   → The selected preventions are deleted provided they are not linked to any risk.
