A safety sheet contains a set of precautions to be taken depending on the risks defined for an equipment item.
A safety sheet is then linked to the equipment in question on the [Safety] tab; see Equipment [Safety].
It consists of a list of risks, each of which is associated with a list of preventions.

Safety sheet statuses
- In preparation: The safety sheet is currently being defined in the application but cannot yet be used.
- Pending validation: The definition is complete but requires validation by a manager.
- Validated: The safety sheet is available.
- Canceled: The sheet must no longer be used. This status can be temporary (it is reversible).
Creating a safety sheet
Prerequisites:
- To have configured the types of costs (for "reading point" templates)
Procedure:
- In the [Equipment] module, select the [Safety sheets] function.
→ The list of safety data sheets is displayed.
- Click on the add icon
