In this tab you declare the risks and preventions related to the equipment.
This information will be indicated in the work orders pertaining to the equipment.
You may initialize the risks and preventions based on a previously defined safety sheet, which does not prevent you from adding risks and preventions specific to the equipment.
The form is divided into 2 parts: a list of risks and a list of preventions.
The three lists are synchronized: As soon as a risk is selected, the displayed preventions will be those related to the risk.
List of risks
- Risk: Identifier of the risk.
- Name: Name of the risk.
Adding one or more risks
- Click on the add icon
- Select the risks
- Confirm
→ Associated risks and preventions are retrieved.
Deleting links to risks
- Select the risks
- Click on the delete icon
.
Risks coming from the corresponding safety sheet cannot be deleted.
Viewing the preventions associated with a risk
- Select the risk
→ The list of preventions is refreshed.
List of preventions of the selected risk
- Prevention: Identifier of the prevention.
- Name: Name of the prevention.
