The links tree structure is a graphic representation of the composition of your organization, based on which you can manage all the equipment to be maintained.

Each hierarchical structure has its tree structure:

• Location: Organization of the premises,
• Main: Logical breakdown most commonly used in your organization,
• Asset: Composition of equipment Assets (for performance reasons, this tab is generally hidden),
• Function: Organization by functional role to create grouping levels within a given tree structure,
• Families: Classification of families and items,
• Specific structures: See Structure.

You can also display a network with a "client"- or "server"-oriented display.

 

From the links tree structure, you can:

• Manage links between premises, functions, assets, families, and other structures,
• Easily find an element in all the structures where it is positioned,
• Create and display details about Structure points, Assets and items,
• Directly create a Work request or a Work order for the selected equipment.
• Duplicate an entire branch of the tree structure,
• Generating equipment from templates.
• You move by using the GIS mapping.
