GIS actions available on the map
This function gives access to the following actions (their availability may vary depending on the GIS used):

Search. Used to perform searches:
Geolocated entities may relate to Equipment (points, Assets) and to work orders or operations.

Entity creation. Used to create a Work order, Point or Asset on the fly, while retaining its shape. |

Available actions.
These actions depend on profile rights, and on the type of entity selected (action available only on structure points and assets).

Position on the map (Polygon, Point, Line). Used to associate or change the shape of an entity. |

Pair. Used to pair an equipment item (structure point or Asset). This action depends on profile rights, and also requires that entity is not already paired. |
Visual indicators
The appearance of the “Display on the map” action icon (in the detail of an Asset form, for example) immediately shows information about the entity’s geolocation (presence of a shape on the map):

| Position an address/co-ordinates on a map from the full text search or the Go toaction. | |
| Indicates that the selected address/contact details is considered the primary address. |
GIS tables
Depending on which elements are selected on the map, they can be displayed in various tables:

Display the number of elements. Used to show how many elements are selected on the map. Clicking on this button opens the various tables |

Shape icon. The entity has a Point shape. Clicking on this icon takes you to the selected element (zooming in and opening the tooltip). |
