This action is offered based on the list of operations.

A form serves to enter the information required to complete a work order by copying an operation from:

• a work order template (only the operations of this work order template),
• or of a single operation,

... for a list of equipment or an equipment item (points(s) or asset(s)).

 

The selected operation/equipment combinations are copied to the selected work order, with a check box to be acknowledged in order to eliminate any duplicates.

 

Operations

You must enter an operation or initialize a list of work order template operations.

• Sequence: Indicates the order in which the operations are to be performed.
• Operation code: Identifier of the operation, cannot be changed.
• Required: If this box is checked, the work order cannot be finished until this operation has been performed.
• Duration: Expected duration of the operation.
• Name: Comments on the operation, initialized with the general description of the operation.

 

Equipment

• Equipment code: Identifier of the equipment, cannot be changed.
• Name: Name of the structure point. This name must make it possible to clearly identify the structure point.
• Type: Classification category of the points. The list of Equipment types is configurable.
• Status: Current status of the structure point.
• Template: When a template is assigned, a pop-up window suggests creating elements from the template: Reading points, characteristics and Work order plan (if work orders are authorized for the point).
• Main parent: the principal parent.
• Geographic parent: the parent in geographic terms.
