In this form you specify the settings for creating a work order from:

• either a work order template,
• or a work order, and then all the information (except for the amount used and completed) is then copied to the new work order.

Work request

You can fill in the information that will be present on the WRs.

• Name: Name of the WR. This defines the request and can be useful when searching for WRs.
• Status: Status of the WR at the time of its issuance. You can select the initial values ("In preparation" and "Waiting to be taken into account").
• Desired end: Date by which you want the work to be completed. This date is for information purposes only.
• Symptom: Observation that led you to issue this WR.
• Priority: Estimated priority of the WR to be filled in according to its urgency.
• Addressee: To be selected from the users capable of handling this WR.
• Asset out of order: To be checked if the equipment concerned by the WR is out of order.
• Asset unavailable: To be checked if the indicated Asset is unavailable as of the creation of the WR. The initialization mode of this check box is a configurable setting.
• Acceptance of work: To be checked if a verification step by the WR issuer is required after the work order is closed for the WR to be closed. Otherwise, the WR will be closed as soon as soon as the work order is. See WR statuses.

Equipment

• Equipment code: Identifier of the equipment, cannot be changed.
• Name: Name of the structure point. This name must make it possible to clearly identify the structure point.
• Type: Classification category of the points. The list of Equipment types is configurable.
• Status: Current status of the structure point.
• Template: When a template is assigned, a pop-up window suggests creating elements from the template: reading points, characteristics and Work order plan (if work orders are authorized for the point).
• Main parent: the principal parent.
• Geographic parent: the parent in geographic terms.
