In CARL Source, you can link documents to any type of entity either by using the
icon, or by dragging and dropping them onto the area provided for this purpose in the entity's details. An insert on the icon (e.g.
) shows the number of linked documents.

You can also centrally locate a set of documents likely to be used in several locations in the Library.
The documents can be displayed or saved by the users from CARL Source.
They can be printed with the detail sheet.
The documents may come from any application. In all cases, the user workstations must have access to the application required to open them.
