The same agent can be both a user and a technician. The contact details and language are thus the same for the three entities.

Agent status

CMMS Administrator Role

An actor can be designated as a CMMS administrator. This role allows you to identify the actors/users who are recipients of messages originating from the hosting platform or publisher.

In the results list, a column specifies the actors assuming this role. To modify this actor property, you can use the bulk update feature available in the list actions.

The actors, and therefore the users of the application, designated as CMMS Administrators, receive emails sent by the hosting platform. These messages may contain information about updates, for example, or memos relating to internal changes to the environment.

To notify an IT department of information from the publisher's hosting platform, create an actor representing that department and assign it the corresponding email address. This will allow the entire IT department to be informed without the need to create a fictitious user in the application.
