This form contains the detailed description of an operation to be performed.
The fields are similar to those of a work order operation, since work order template operations are used to generate work order operations, with the following particularities.

 

Equipment

By filling in the family or template, you define a set of equipment.

• You can enter the Structure point or Asset.

In this case, when a work order is created by copying the work order template (or from a work order plan), the operation is duplicated as many times as there are corresponding equipment items (i.e., all equipment with the same template or family located beneath the structure point or/Asset)

 

• You can choose not to enter the Structure point or Asset.

In this case, when a work order is created

• by copying the work order template, the operation is duplicated as many times as there are corresponding equipment items (i.e., all equipment with the same template or family and located beneath the structure point or Asset specified in the work order template)
  
• from a Work order plan, the operation is duplicated as many times as there are corresponding equipment items (in other words, all equipment with the same template /family as the operation, and located beneath the structure point or Asset for the trigger or the work order template)

 

• If neither of these two fields is filled in,

Only one operation will be created on the work order.
The structure point and/or Asset filled in for the work order template operation will be carried over to the work order operation.

 

Measurement reading

You fill in one of these two fields:

• Reading point template: The operation Reading point will be filled in with the reading point of the filled in equipment, if there is one and only one of this Template.
• Reading point: It will be copied as is to the work order operation.
