This form contains the details of a work order.
General Information
- Order : It allows you to specify the order in which process operations must be performed.
- Code : ID of theProcess operation, non-editable.
- Completed : Checked if the process operation has been completed. (Only for validated work orders.)
- Date : Date the work order was completed.
- Skill : Skill or the specific role required to perform this process operation.
- Required : If this box is checked, the work order cannot be closed until the process operation is completed.
- Structure point : Structure point on which the process operation is performed, it must have the "Authorized work orders" checked.
- Asset : Asset to which the process operation applies. It allows you to filter the list of Reading points.
- Name : Comment on the process operation, initially populated with a general description of the process operation, but you can modify it specifically for this work order.
- The ability to modify a completed process operation is subject to the user's permissions. Profile.

Field details - standard class
Reading report
- Reading point : To be filled in if the process operation involves a reading. The reading points are pre-filtered on the Asset of the process operation.
To submit your reading report, fill in the fields as you would for a standard report; see
Take readings.
The record and date of a completed process operation cannot be modified.
Expense
Select a cost type and a cost amount only if the process operation involves a cost in addition to the associated labor cost (for example, a transportation cost).
- Cost type : Select from the miscellaneous costs if the process operation has a cost other than the labor cost of the technician performing it.
The cost type allows you to distinguish between the various costs of work orders in a same Cost center . The list of cost types is a list of values configurable (COSTTYPE).
- Cost : Cost of the process operation, independent of the cost of the technician performing it (the latter will be automatically calculated for the corresponding labor reporting work order). This could be, for example, a transportation cost or a cost generated indirectly by the process operation.
Labor reporting
This information reflects the time spent by the Technician on the process operation. It should be entered only for completed process operations.

Usage time
This information pertains to the duration of Tool/Equipment use during the process operation. It should be entered only for a completed process operation.

Main address
By default, this frame displays the main address of the Asset (or Structure point ) to which the process operation applies. You can modify it if necessary.
- Enter the address, ZIP code, city, state, and country;
- Or, select a StreetIn this case, the fields (address, etc.) are filled in automatically.

allows you to switch to the
