An evaluation is used to qualify the status of an equipment item as part of a diagnosis. For example "Very good condition," "Non compliant."
The evaluation is indicated in the verification operations and in the actual diagnoses.
It is associated with a numerical value, which makes it possible to calculate an evaluation average, such as for a set of equipment belonging to the same building.
An evaluation may have a corresponding action to be performed following the verification operation:
Managing the evaluation list
Accessing the evaluation list
- Place the cursor in the [Work] module and select [Evaluations] from the [Configuration] section.
→ The list of evaluations is displayed.
Creating an evaluation
- From the list of evaluations, click on the add icon
.
→ A line is added in creation mode.
- Fill in the evaluation attributes and then save
.
→ The new evaluation is created and available.
Deleting an evaluation
- From the list of evaluations, select the ones to be deleted and then click on the delete icon
.
→ The selected evaluations are deleted, provided they have not been used in any work orders.
Evaluation attributes
- Assessment: Identifier of the evaluation. Choose a meaningful code, because the name will not always be displayed.
- Name: Name of the evaluation.
- Work order template: Model used to create a work order if the "Create a work order" action is completed. This field is required only if this is the case.
- value: Numerical value of the evaluation. This is used to numerically quantify the evaluation and to calculate an average.
- Icon: Icon representing the evaluation.
- Action: Job that is to follow the evaluation. The action is used in the verification operation.
