A diagnosis is an audit work order including verification operations, the purpose of which is:
- to evaluate the status of an equipment item or a set of equipment items,
- to determine the actions to be launched according to the results of these verifications.
A Diagnosis is a work order with a type characterized as "Diagnosis."
They can be created from a work order or by copying.
From the "Work order" function
- On the creation menu
, choose "Create a diagnosis work order."

By copying
The diagnosis can also be created by copying from a Work order template or another diagnosis; see Work order: Duplicate.
It can be generated automatically by a Work order plan of which the work order template is of the "diagnosis" type.
