Prerequisites

• To have created the elements used in the work order template definition:
  • Asset, template, and/or structure point,
  • Operation,
  • Item, service, human or physical resources (discipline, team, technician, material resource),
  • Risk and prevention.

 

Procedure

1. In the [Work] module, select the [Work order templates] function.
   → The list of work order templates is displayed.
   
   
2. Click on the add icon .
   → The work order template detail form is displayed for creation purposes; see Work order template [General].

 

Creation by duplication

1. Open the detail form of the work order template to be copied. Select "Copy work order template" on the creation menu .
   → the detail form of the work order template is opened in creation mode, prefilled with the data of the original work order template.
