This form gives a graphic display of the list of preventive work orders to be created; see Simulation and Launching of work order plans.
Displaying work orders
- Start date: To set the GANTT chart calendar to the date range of your choice. You can move the range with the arrows (
,
,
,
).
- End date: Initialized with the date "Trigger up to," possibly filled in on the [Criteria] tab. If the date is changed, clicking on the "Apply" button re-executes the calculation in order to take it into account.
- Group triggers by template: This box refers to triggers defined for a structure point and a template.
If it is checked, a single line will be displayed for each trigger.
If it is not checked, a line will be displayed for each asset of the template included in the structure point.
- Group triggers for the project template: If this box is checked, a single line is displayed per Project template, otherwise the details of the lines corresponding to each work order template in the project template is displayed. In all cases, a project will be created for the work order and a work order will be created for each work order template.
In order to take the display criteria into account, click on the "Apply" button.
Creating work orders
- Check the work orders to be deleted. To check all work orders, use the check box in the column header.
- Click on the "Trigger" button or select "Trigger work order plans" in the action menu of the
form.
→ The corresponding work orders are created:
- from the indicated work order template,
- on the Asset or point indicated in the work order plan trigger (or, if the latter has not been entered, that of the work order template),
- with the status indicated in the action of this same trigger.
Multi-time zone management
In an international context, a work order plan is associated with a time zone and triggers are associated with the time zone of the work order plan.
Within this form, you can display the triggers for all work order plans, regardless of their time zone.
By clicking on the "Trigger" button, the work orders generated on launching the work order plan will be created in the same time zone as that of the trigger.
