Header
Upon creation, directly entering a template having an equipment type allows many properties of the stage to be qualified and initialized in a single action
General
- Location: Building to which the floor belongs. To be indicated upon creation only if creation takes place from the function and not from the tree structure.
- Organization: the Organization to which the floor belongs.
- Manager: the Agent in charge of the floor, the default addressee of work requests related to the floor.
- Cost center: the default Cost center for posting expenses related to this floor.
- Customer : Name of the customer linked to this floor.
- Asset manager: Agent who manages the location.
- Release: Release date of the location.
- Template: Filled in if the floor is created according to a predefined template. If the equipment type is not entered and the template has a type, this type is then automatically entered for the floor.
Surfaces
- Inherited surfaces: If this box is checked, the floor inherits surfaces from its child links. The [Surfaces] tab is replaced by the [Component surfaces] tab.
- Floor area: Floor area, calculated from the bare dimensions of the inside of the exterior walls (i.e., without counting the thickness of the walls).
Since March 1, 2012, this floor area is used instead of the net and gross floor areas in French building permit applications and preliminary declarations.
- ALFA: Available Leased Floor Area.
- Public building classification: Public building type or activity.
- Public building category: Public building capacity in terms of number of people.
- VTB class: Building class (Very Tall Building).
- E.R.T. : Workplace.
- L.U.H.: Residential premises.
- Authorized work orders: The creation of work orders directly for this floor (without specifying the asset or technical work package) is authorized.
