This function enables you to configure, for the selected service provider, the settings needed to import inspection reports sent by service providers (suppliers).
Accessing inspection import configuration
- On the supplier detail form, select [Configuration of inspection imports], via the
icon menu.
→ The Import configuration form is displayed.

Connector
- Associated connector: Code and name of the associated connector. A connector is used to set the general settings (import, conversion of reports to diagnoses, data returned to the service provider, and so on).
- Organization settings: You can add one or more organizations. Per-organization configuration may be active or inactive.
You have to add a connector to view/configure organizations.
Details by organization
The following settings appear for each organization selected in the list:
- Work order template: Work order template used to create service provider work orders to be integrated. It must be of the "DIAGNOSTIC" type.
- Default operation: Diagnostic operation used to create service provider comments to be included.
- Cost center: Cost center for the work order created by the import.
- Memo: recipient profile: Profile to which memos generated by the import are addressed. addressee profile: Profile to which memos generated by the import are addressed. If this field is not entered, the recipient of the memos is the user who requested the import.
- Document to be linked: Checkbox used to link the inspection report to the work order created.
- Generate the actions to be taken: Checkbox used to automatically generate WRs and work orders on the basis of the assessments of the diagnostic operations imported.
- State of work orders generated: Status automatically assigned to generated work orders.
- Status of WRs created: Status automatically assigned to created WRs.
- Automatic batch enabled: Checkbox used to enable or disable the associated automatic job (linked to the status of the automatic task).
- Associated automatic job: Associated automatic task.
- Connection point (Import): Connection point taken into account by the external system on the connector for importing data.
For the Bureau Véritas case, the connection point must be the one provided by the add-on, namely BV_FTP.
For the SOCOTEC case, the connection point must be the one provided by the add-on, namely SO_FTP.
- Connection point (information feedback): Connection point retrieved by the external system, for feedback (if managed by the service provider).
