This form contains information on the agent, which can be found for the most part in the form of the corresponding technician and user.

- Agent: Agent identifier. Choose a meaningful code, because it will often be used in forms to designate, as the case may be: the issuer, addressee, technician, manager, etc.
- Status: Agent status; see Agent.
Contact details
The contact details are also displayed in the technician and user forms.
- External: For making a distinction between the cost of external and internal labor. If the agent is not external, his/her cost is included in the internal labor costs, particularly for contract-based work orders.
- Email: Email is used for sending information messages by CARL Source in the case of an event concerning the user; see Sample template.
- Date of birth: Informative.
Assignment
- Function: The agent's role in the organization. Free informative text.
- General Management: The agent's position in the organization. Indicates the management with which the agent is associated.
- Manager: The agent's manager. Must also be an agent in CARL Source and may be used by workflow.
- Start and end dates: Indicates, for example, the contract dates for an external agent.
- Main location: Main location for the agent and the associated user. It is automatically entered in the "Location" field when a new work request or work order is created, in order to expedite data entry.
- Customer: customer to which the agent is assigned. Is used to initialize data in the Purchasing process. If a customer is assigned, the customer role is read-only.
Role
- Organization: Agent's assigned organization.
- WR addressee: Check this box so that the agent can be designated as a WR addressee.
- Mobility: Check this box if the user is required to use CARL Touche.
- Technician: Check this box if you would like to quickly create a technician. When this box is checked, the Team (required), Discipline (required) and Time type fields become accessible.
- Customer: Check this box if you would like to create a customer quickly. If a customer is entered, the assignment of a beneficiary (entering of a customer) is no longer allowed and becomes read-only.
- Tenant: Check this box if you would like to quickly create a tenant.
After saving, you can go directly to the sheets created (technician, customer or tenant).
Context
- Language: Whenever there is a translated version for a term, the term appears in the user's language.
- Time zones: Time zone of the agent.
- Currency: Agent's currency used to initialize the application's context currency for the connected user. If this field is empty, the reference currency is used.
- Calendar: Agent's calendar.
CONSENT
- Consent type (required): two possible values (Optional or Required). If Optional, the agent is not required to give their consent to the General Terms of Use when connecting. If Required, the agent is required to give their consent when connecting. In this case, they can accept or refuse.
- Withdrawal right (read-only): this checkbox identifies whether an agent has accepted or refused the General Terms of Use.
- Consent date (read-only): Date on which the consent was given.
- Consent agent(read-only): Agent who gives consent.
Consent type is an attribute subject to a profile right (CARL Source/Global/Manage consent). Consequently, if this profile right is not enabled, the administrator cannot change the field value.
Consent: only the administrator who has the right to the consent can view the consent progress graphically in the panel:
The user has refused consent. The data must be in the Inactive state.

The user has accepted consent.

The user has not yet given consent.
