Time types are used to calculate a cost price for the technician, which depends on the time or day when he/she worked.

For example, you can define the following time times:

• DAY
• NIGHT
• OVERTIME
• WEEKEND.

On the technician's sheet (see Technician [Costs]), you assign a multiplication coefficient to be applied to these time types compared to the technician's standard cost.
Thereafter, when the technician enters their time, they specifies the time during which the hours were worked.

 

Managing the list of time types in the application

1. Place the cursor in the [Resources] module and select [Time types] from the [Configuration] section.
   → The list of time types is displayed.
   
   
2. Select the [Criteria] tab, enter the search criteria and click the [Results] tab.
   → The list of time types corresponding to the criteria is displayed.
