This form allows you to enter general information work request (WR).

In developmentThe form contains only the information to be entered regarding WR.

Under revisionThe form is divided into two parts:

• Information on WR, editable only if WR, was not taken into account (see Reports from the WR).
• Work order information, Cannot be modified in this form : Open the form for the corresponding work order, see Edit a work order.

Header

• WR : Username from the WRIt is unique in its application.
• Title : Name from the WRIt clarifies the request and can be helpful when searching for WR.
  indicates that WR is geolocatede. This icon also allows you to switch to the GIS map on the position from the WR.

 

Request

• Status : Status from the WR when it is issued. You cannot modify it. (See Reports from the WR)
• Desired outcome : The date by which you would like the work to be completed. This date is for informational purposes only.
• Symptom : What observation led you to make this statement? this WR.
• Priority : Estimated priority from the WR, to be filled out based on the urgency of the situation.
• Intended Audience : Select from among users likely to handle this WR.
• Asset out of order : Check this box if the equipment in question WR is down.
• Asset unavailable : Check this box if the specified equipment is unavailable upon creation from the WR. The default state of this checkbox is customizable.
• Receipt of work : Check this box if a verification step by the issuer from the WR is required after the work order is closed so that WR Closede. Otherwise, WR will be on salee as soon as the work order is completed. See Reports from the WR.

 

Equipment

• Location point : This is the location where the work order must take place. Select if WR relates directly to Location point. Otherwise, it will be filled in by Location point to which the Main point or the Asset selected. Once on the selection screen, you can also choose to select a Main point or a Asset
• Main point : Select if WR relates directly to a Main point. Otherwise, it will be filled in by the Main point to which the Asset selected.
• Asset referent : Identify, if necessary, the main piece of equipment to which the Asset subject to from the WR.
• Asset : Select if WR relates to a AssetThe application identifies, if applicable, the main point and/or the Location point to which it belongs.
• Model : Model defining the Asset (if provided) or the Main point.

 

Origin

• Created on : Date entered. Cannot be modified.
• Transmitter : User who entered WR. Initialized with the code of the user entering the data.
• Organization : Organization reporting from the WR.
• Diagnosis : Specified if WR is issuede following an observation during a diagnosis.

Client/Tenant

When the custom form CUSTOMER_MR_DET (or CUSTOMER_MRTREAT_DET) is used, then the framework Client/Tenant is displayed with the following fields:

• Client : Code and name of the Customers related to the work order.
• Quote : Code and description of the Quote related to the work order.
• Tenant : Code and name of the Tenant identified for this work order. This information can be entered and, if necessary, automatically populated based on the location of the work order.
