This tab contains information that will be used to create the work order covering the job described by the Project template.

• Project template: Identifier of the project template, unique in the application.
• Name: Name of the project template. It is used to specify the content and may be useful when searching for project templates.

Work order

• Time (days): Number of days between the start and end of the work orders. Used to assign an end date to the "project" work order based on its start date. End date = Start date + End day.
  When the project template is saved, CARL Source offers to calculate the duration as a function of the end state for the last component work order.
• Status: Project template status, see Changing the status of an element.
• Priority: Urgency level of the work order to be created.
• Manager: Agent supervising the project.
• Type: Category of the work to be performed, to be selected or entered from the configured work order types.
• Project: Name of the overall project.
• Asset stopped: Indicates that the assets must be stopped for the duration of the work.
• Single cost center?: If checked then the cost centerof the project template is required. When this template is turned into a project, all the work orders generated will be related to the project cost center.
• Cost center: Cost center for the project (for cost accounting). It is initialized with that of the equipment or one of its ascendants.

Equipment

You can specify an equipment item in the work order template, if the work order template is intended for a single equipment item.
The work orders in the project may refer to separate items of equipment.

• Location point: Location for which the project template is defined.
• Main point: The main point for which the project template is defined.
• Asset: To be selected or entered if the project template only applies to a given asset.
• Template: To be selected or entered if the project template valid for a set of equipment with the same template.
• Family: Family of templates to which the project template refers.

Additional information

• Organization: Organization to which the work order is assigned.
• Planned workload: Sum of the durations of the resources estimated on the work order templates constituting the project template.
• Last change: Save date of the last change to the project template.
• Changed by: User having made the last change.
