This form contains the list of sites, buildings, floors, zones, rooms, plots and areas.
To filter according to a single type of location, fill in the "Type" attribute on the [Criteria] tab.

 

From the list of Locations, via , you can:

• Directly create work orders (see Duplication of work orders):
  • Use the check box to select the equipment to be associated with a work order.
    The user can create as many work orders as there are items of equipment selected.

• Direct create a work order comprising "n" operations (see duplication of operations) and relating to the list of equipment selected:
  • Use the check box to select the equipment to be associated with an operation.

• Directory complete a work order pertaining to the selected equipment (see completing a work order):
  • Use the check box to select the equipment to be associated with an operation and a work order.

• Direct create work requests pertaining to the selected equipment (see create Work requests]:
  • Use the check box to select the equipment to be associated with a work request.

• Directly process work requests (see processing work requests) relating to the list of selected equipment:
  • Use the check box to select the equipment affected by one or more work requests being taken into account .

• Directly view the work requests (see viewing Work requests) pertaining to the list of selected equipment:
  • Use the check box to select the equipment affected by one or more work requests.

• Switch over to the GIS map.
  

• Generate material resources .
  

• Characteristic management: switch to the function in order to manage the adding, changing and deletion of one or more characteristics of the selected assets on a global basis. This action is conditional on the profile right to the Equipment characteristics function (Characteristics management node).
  • Via the checkbox, select the locations you want to take into account.
    Locations in the Canceled state are not taken into account.
