This form contains the primary information on a technician.

- Technician: Identifier of the technician. If the technician is also a CARL Source user, this may be his/her login.
- Agent: A technician is always an Agent in CARL Source. It is therefore preferable to have created the agent first; see Creating an agent.
You can however create the agent by accessing the list of agents with the infozone icon
.
- Status: Specifies whether the technician can be assigned to a work order.
Contact details
- Name, address, and contact information: These are the same as those of the corresponding agent.
ASSIGNMENT
- Function: The agent's role in the organization. Free and informative text, allowing you to locate the technician in the organization.
- General Management: The agent's position in the organization. Specifies the management with which the technician is associated.
- Language: Useful especially to the user; this is the language in which the CARL Source names are given when the user corresponding to the agent is connected.
- Manager: The technician's hierarchical manager. This person must also be an Agent.
- Start and end dates: To be filled in if the technician's presence is temporary. These dates are for information purposes only (no corresponding verification).
Work order
- Team: Team to which the technician belongs. A team is used to pre-assign resources for a work order and measure overloads.
- Discipline: The technician's business, also important when planning work orders; see Skill.
- Organization:Organization to which the technician belongs,specifying whether they can only work in this organization.
Consent: only the administrator who has the right to the consent can view the consent progress graphically in the panel:
The user has refused consent. The data must be in the Inactive state.

The user has accepted consent.

The user has not yet given consent.
