This form is for declaring the input of one or more items in inventory.
On the first pane you enter information on the entries to be made.
On the second pane, you list the items to be entered and their quantities, specifying the warehouse and location.

Allocation

Enter: You can have several types of entry; see movement types.
- Date of entry: Initialized with today's date, but editable.
- Entry slip No.: Number of the entry slip, if any.
- Agent: Agent performing the entry of items, for information purposes.
- Comment: Explanatory text that initializes the comment of each input line.
- Cost center: Cost center of entries generated by a variation in the stock value. That of the work order, if entered.
- Work order: Possible work order after which an output is made (in the case of parts indicated as used that were not used).
- Structure point: The one in which the part is to be reincorporated, if applicable.
- Asset: The one in which the part is to be reincorporated, if applicable.
- Warehouse: Warehouse where the items to be returned are stored.
- "Consumption" button: Active if the work order is filled in and includes used items. Initializes the list of items to be entered with the items used for the work order.
- "Receiving" button: Initializes the list of items to be entered with the items received following the receipt of a Purchase request line with reception check.
List of items to be entered
- Item: Item to be entered.
- Name: Name of the item.
- Warehouse: Warehouse where the item is stored.
- Location: Location of the item in the warehouse.
- Asset: Must be filled out if the item is part of a series and corresponds to an Asset. An Asset in inventory cannot be linked to another equipment item in the tree structure.
- Batch No: Identifier of the item batch (item managed in batches only).
- Quantity entered: Quantity to be entered.
- Expiry: Expiry date of the batch; for information purposes only.
- Unit price: Item unit price, used to calculate .
- Comment (
icon): Optional explanation of the entry movement.
