• Created on: Creation date.
• Work order template: Filled in if the work order was created by copying a work order template.
• Project template: Filled in if the work order belongs to a project created from a Project template.
• Work order plan: Plan of the trigger that caused creation of the work order from the triggering of the Work order plan.
• Diagnosis: Diagnosis during which the work order was created.
