A project is a special work order created to encompass a hierarchy of work orders.
It is used to define a job comprising several work orders that are more or less interdependent.

A project therefore has a certain amount of information defining the context of work order implementation, but the operational information will only be present in the lower-level work orders.

Once a project has been created, the work orders of which it will be composed will then have to be created.

It is also possible to create a project and the entire work order hierarchy resulting from it based on a Project template.

 

Creating a project

1. In the [Work] module, select the [Project] function.
   → The list of projects is displayed.
   
   
2. Place the cursor on the add icon .
   → The creation menu is displayed.
   • Either you select "Simple creation"
     → The detail form of the project is displayed in creation mode.
   • Or you select "Duplicate"
     → The create by copying form is displayed; see Project: Duplicate.
