In this form you specify the settings for creating a project from:

• an existing project,
• or a Project template.

Any work order hierarchy will then be created.

You must fill in either the project or the project template.

• Project to duplicate: The project is created from an existing project. The full hierarchy of work orders is copied, in the same way as for copying work orders.
• Project template: The project is created from the Project template.

 

Initialization

• Start date: Start of the project and work orders. The end date is deduced from the duration of the project template or the original project.
• Status: Status of the project and the work orders created.
• Copy technicians: Method of copying resource lines on work orders (retaining the technician or only the discipline and the team).

 

Equipment

• Copy equipment: If this box is checked, the project equipment is deduced from the project template or the original project. Uncheck this box to assign different equipment to the project.
• Equipment: Same principle as for work orders.
