Prerequisites
- To have created equipment items with authorized work orders; see Creating an asset, Creating a structure point.
- To have created users receiving WRs; seeCreating a user.
- Be connected with a profile having the [Issue a WR] right (see Changing a profile).
- Preferably: to have configured symptoms and priorities (see Values list).
Procedure
- In the [Work] module, select the [Entering a WR] function.
→ The WR entry form is displayed. It includes two tabs: - If desired, change the work order (WR) request code.
- Fill in the information on the WR and click on the confirm icon

→ the WR is saved with the "Waiting to be taken into account" status and sent to the addressee.
If you wish to save the WR before submitting it, you can create itwith the "In preparation" status.
It will only be offered for taking into account when you submit it with the "Pending" status."

You can also create a WR from the [WR search] function by clicking on the add icon

Creation from the tree structure
- Select the Asset or structure point (once the work order is authorized) from the equipment tree structure.
- On the actions menu
, choose "Create a WR."
→ The WR entry form is opened. The Asset or structure point is filled in with the selected one.
This action is also available from the mapping, at the level of, the pop-up information that appears when hovering over the reservation corresponding to the equipment.
