This feature allows you to view the information stored during a remote assistance call in CARL Touch.

ORIGIN OF A REPORT

A remote assistance report is created for each remote assistance call.

The saved information includes:

• annotated photos,
• messages exchanged in the chat,
• documents exchanged in the chat.

SEARCHING FOR A REPORT

 

From the feature:

1. Through the [Criteria] tab, the user can search on various report fields.
   

From an intervention:

1. In the [Work] module, select the [Interventions] feature. Access the intervention details.
   → The intervention detail form is displayed.
2. Select "Remote assistance history" in the actions menu .
   → The list form of remote assistance reports related to this intervention is displayed.

From equipment:

1. In the [Equipment] module, select the [Equipment] feature. Access the equipment details.
   → The intervention detail form is displayed.
2. Select "Remote assistance history" in the actions menu .
   → The list form of remote assistance reports related to this equipment is displayed.

From a location:

1. In the [Equipment] module, select the [Locations] feature. Access the location details.
   → The intervention detail form is displayed.
2. Select "Remote assistance history" in the actions menu .
   → The list form of remote assistance reports related to this equipment is displayed.

From a structure point:

1. In the [Equipment] module, select the [Structure point] feature. Access the structure point details.
   → The intervention detail form is displayed.
2. Select "Remote assistance history" in the actions menu .
   → The list form of remote assistance reports related to this equipment is displayed.

From an equipment model:

1. In the [Equipment] module, select the [Model] feature. Access the equipment model details.
   → The intervention detail form is displayed.
2. Select "Remote assistance history" in the actions menu .
   → The list form of remote assistance reports related to this equipment is displayed.

From a structure point:

1. In the [Equipment] module, select the [Structure point] feature. Access the structure point details.
   → The intervention detail form is displayed.
