• Accident: Code of the accident, unique in the application.
• Title: Name of the accident.

 

Situation

• Accident date: Date of accident occurrence.
• Closed: To be checked once the accident has been filed, so that it no longer appears in the list of current accidents.
• Location point: Location of the accident in the equipment. If not defined, will be automatically initialized when the asset is entered.
• Main point: To be selected or entered if the accident refers directly to a main point. If not, it will be filled in automatically by the main point to which the selected asset belongs.
• Asset: Asset concerned by the accident.
• Odometer: Measurement of the odometer at the time of the accident.
• Related work order:
  • Can be created from the "Create related work order" action menu,"
  • Its type must be in the "Accident" grouping.
• Accident location: Address of the accident.

• Organization: Organization concerned by the accident.
• Driver: Name of the vehicle driver if the accident involves a vehicle.
• Responsibility: Defines the driver's responsibility.
• Weather conditions: Weather conditions at the time of the accident (configurable list of values).
• Injured: To be checked if the accident caused injuries.
• File No.: External identifier of the accident.
• File date: Date when the file was drawn up.
• Date of assessor approval: Date of file validation by the assessor.

For tracking purposes, identified by the CARL Source agent having entered the accident and by the entry date.
