At the time of an accident, you enter the report in CARL Source, you link it to a work order, and you can output and keep the associated estimate; see Archiving an estimate.

Creating an accident

From the accident function

1. In the [Work] module, select the [Accidents] function from the [Management] section.
   → The list of accidents is displayed.
   
   
2. Click on the create icon .
   → The create an accident form is displayed.

From the accident form you can create the linked work order using the corresponding action.

From a work order

1. In the [Work] module, select the [Work orders] function. Access the details of the work order.
   → The work order detail form is displayed.
   
   
2. If the work order is of a "Accident" (ACCI or SINI) type, select "Report the accident" on the actions menu .
   → The create an accident form is displayed.
