Once the work order corresponding to the accident is prepared and linked to the accident, you can simply print the estimate or archive it to keep a record of the version sent to a third party.

Procedure

1. From the action menu , select "Archive the estimate."
   → The estimate archive dialogue box is displayed.
   
   
2. Enter the estimate settings, and click on "View".
   → The estimate form is displayed as a preview, then a confirmation pop-up is displayed.
   
   
3. If the estimate is correct, confirm the archiving.
   → A linked document for the report in PDF format is created .

Details of the estimate settings

• Report to be archived: Select the report from the list of reports  for the function. 
• Document: Document code, unique in the application, may be changed.
• Title: Name of the document.
• Version: Identifier of the document revision.

Reinvoicing coefficients

In the estimate, the work order costs are multiplied by these coefficients.  

• Items: Coefficient applied to the prices of item purchases.
• Inventory: Coefficient applied on the AP of items reserved or consumed in the stock.
• Services: Coefficient applied to the prices of service purchases.
• Miscellaneous: Coefficient applied to the costs of the work order operations.
