A customization group is used to:
- Define a set of users concerned by a custom form,
- Declare default values for forms that are specific to that customization group,
- Change the actions available in the action
and tracking/history 
menus of the form, on the Customization group [General] tab, - Define the detail form opened from a search form on the Customization group [Association] tab,
- Reorganize menus for optimized access to use of the functions for these users on the Customization group [Menu] tab,
- Apply the custom forms accessed from the infozones on the Customization group [Selection list] tab.
Four standard customization groups are included in the application to propose "business domains", defining a set of specific standard menus and forms tailored to these 4 contexts:
- Community management
- Property management
- Healthcare
- Transport
A customization group associated with a corresponding business vocabulary and tailored profile rights (access to customization group functions) on a user file defines a specific business environment and context tailored for a user.
Accessing the list of customization groups
- In the System] module, select the [Customization groups] function.
→ The list of customization groups is displayed.
- If desired, select the [Criteria] tab, enter the search criteria and click the [Results] tab.
→ The list of customization groups corresponding to the criteria is displayed. - Click on the group to be changed or access the form in creation mode by clicking on the add icon
