The recipient of a message model can be:
- A group of agents with the same Profile,
- A Agent fixed, identified by its agent code,
- An agent defined by the context in which the message is sent, in the form of a dynamic expression.
In the case of property management, the term should be entered in the "Agent" field in the following format: {attribute} where "attribute" is an attribute of the referenced entity, denoting an Agent.
- For the message to be sent, the agent’s email address must be entered in CARL Source.
- If a message model is associated with a user marked as "Inactive" or "Cancelled," no email is sent.
Indicator and automatic processing
- For a message model related to a Indicator, {indicatorUser} refers to the User as a parameter of the Indicator.
- For a message model related to a automatic processing, {runAsUser.actor} refers to the User who is considered to be performing the automated processing.

- Message model applicable to the Indicator = "my WRPoints to consider".
