Possible actions relating to rental contracts
From the sheet for a rental contract with Validated status, the following actions are available via the actions icon
:
Issuing receipts for the contract
This action is accessible only if you have the profile right "Issue receipts for the contract" and the rental contract status is Validated.
Lines are generated and accessible in the Issuance of receipts tab.
They are initialized depending on the data entered in the Rent, Fees and Maintenance fees tabs.
Revising the contract
This action is accessible only if you have the profile right "Revise the contract" and the rental contract status is Validated.
A revision index is applied to the rent (and potentially to the security deposit), fees and maintenance fees, to reassess the amounts.
the calculation is as follows: Revised amount = Initial amount × (Index according to rule/Initial revision index)
Example:
Revised rent = Initial rent × Last known index M4/Initial revision index = 800 × 125.15/124.44 = 804.56
Renewing the contract
This action is accessible only if you have the profile right "Renew the contract" and the rental contract is Renewable and has status Validated.
A new contract is created; some fields are duplicated, others are updated (e.g. Effective date of the new contract created = End date of the previous contract renewed + 1 day).
Generating an amendment
This action is accessible only if you have the profile right "Generate an amendment" and the rental contract status is Validated.
The current version of the contract is stored as a linked document, before any modifications made to the contract.
