An tenant is a natural person or legal entity.

In this function, you specify:

• The main address, see Tenant [General].
• The tenant’s contacts, invoicing information, agents responsible for the tenant, see Tenant [Contact details].
• The tenant’s addresses, see Tenant [Addresses].
• The locations associated with the tenant, see Tenant [Assignment].

To print the list of occupiers, see Reports and printing.

 

Tenant statuses

Status management allows you to keep track of occupiers.

• Active: The tenant is active.
• Inactive: Locations must no longer (or must not yet) be associated with this tenant.
• Canceled: This tenant will never use your services again. This status is irreversible.
• Dispute: You have an ongoing dispute with the tenant.
