Locations linked to the tenant via a rental contract are automatically added to this list.
The 
icon can be used to access the details of the rental contract directly.
Further locations can be added if desired, and the main location can then be modified if necessary.
There can only be one main location.
The occupancy rate (%) is calculated automatically.
It equates to: Surface area occupied/Reference surface area × 100
