In this tab, specify the availability times of the system's material resources, to determine which Material resource is available on a given date.
The principle is as follows:
- You enter a standard day or week, and then you copy it to the period and the material resources for which it is valid.
- Next, you enter the particular ranges as they arise, on a case-by-case basis.
For usage instructions, see Material resources calendar and Copying availabilities.

Details of an availability
Double-clicking on a free area of the calendar causes the detail pop-up of an availability to be displayed.
- Availability: Code of the Calendar availabilities. This defines the color of the range.
- Start: start date and time of the range, initialized with the cursor position when clicked. Can.
- Duration: availability interval, initialized with the duration represented by one column of the calendar.
This is calculated as a function of the start and end when they are changed.
- End: end date and time of the range, calculated as a function of the start of the duration, if it is filled in.
Double-clicking on an availability opens its details.
Scheduling interactions
Graphical manipulations of availabilities
You can enter a calendar availability with the mouse cursor by holding down the left button and then move it to another location on the calendar.
You can also change the time by dragging the graphic handles on the edge of an activity and stretching or shrinking it to suit your requirements.
Calendar availabilities can also be quickly cut/copied/pasted using the appropriate keyboard shortcuts.
The availability is automatically saved as soon as a change is made.
Interactions
Various interactions are possible within the calendars in order to facilitate their maintenance.
- If an availability is moved or created and touches/overlaps another availability of the same type: the 2 availabilities are then merged to create a single availability.
- If an availability is inserted in the middle of the range of another availability, or if it partially overlaps an availability, then the overlapped availability is adjusted and can be split into 2 parts if necessary.
The copy and replace properties of the types of availability are not applied in graphic mode.
These are only taken into account for global copying changes through the actions provided for this purpose.
