Copying availabilities

With this form you define and launch the copying of material resource calendars; see Using the calendar.

Source

This section contains the material resource and the period for which availabilities have been filled in.

Material resource: In the case of copying, this will be initialized with the current material resource. Editable.
Period: Fill in the start and end dates of the period to be copied.

Target

This section contains the material resources and period for which the availabilities are to be created by copying.

Period: Period in which to create the copied ranges. This may be broader than the original period: for example, you can copy a week over to a year.
Resources concerned: List of material resources for which you wish to add these availabilities.
The "source" material resource may be included on the list.
The current material resource will be on the list in the case of importing, but you are free to change the list by adding and by deleting material resources

The target period must start on the same day of the week as the source period.
For example, if the period to be copied starts on a Monday, copy it from the first Monday of the year.

Launching copying

Click on the confirm icon .
→ The ranges of the reference period are copied to each day, week or month in the copy period for each material resource on the list.

Only availabilities for which the "Copy" check box is checked are copied.
