This form contains information about e-mails sent by CARL Source, some of which generated an error.

• Transmittal date (required): date when the email generated the error.
• Message template (required): message template from which the email originates.
• Origin (required): entity from which the email originates.
• Size (in MB): size of the file attached to the email.
• Error (required): description of the error generated by the email.
• Purpose: subject wording of the message sent.
• Body: text of the message.

 

Addressee table

The addressee of a message template may be:

• a set of agents having the same profile,
• a fixed agent identified by his/her agent code,
• an agent positioned depending on the message issuance context, in the form of a dynamic expression.

 

• Profile: profile code associated with the email.
• Agent: code of the agent associated with the email.
• Name: agent's name.
• Type: message template type associated with the email sent.
• Language: language associated with the email sent.
• Email : email address associated with email sending.

 

Attachment table

• File name : automatically generated name corresponding to the attachment associated with the email.
• Size (in MB): size of the file attached to the email.
